Islamabad – The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has decided to arrest ex-Prime Minister Imran Khan if he fails to appear before an investigative commission or respond to communications regarding a banned financing case , a source told The News.

Government agencies are given permission by the court to arrest Imran for details of party funds and accounts. “The final decision to arrest the PTI boss could be taken after three notices,” the source claimed.

The FIA ​​issued Imran Khan his second notice on Friday. did. Imran was first notified last Wednesday, but refused to appear before the FIA ​​investigation team to provide details of the party’s funds and accounts.

According to sources, five other PTI companies were identified that were not listed in the reports submitted to the Pakistan Electoral Commission (ECP) and FBR. The companies operate in the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and Belgium, adding that the FIA ​​has collected test reports.

The FIA ​​Banking Circle has repeatedly asked the PTI Chief to provide bank account details, but Mr Imran, who responded through his lawyer, said he would not hold the FIA ​​accountable or compel him to provide the information.
