ISLAMABAD Lashing out at the coalition government over lodging a terrorism case against him, PTI Chairman Imran Khan on Thursday said that Pakistan has come a laughing stock each over the world and captions are published in transnational media.

Speaking outside the Federal Judicial Academy in Islamabad after appearing before ananti-terrorism case, Imran Khan said, “ When I raised my voice against the sexual abuse of Shahbaz Gill and said that I’ll take legal action, a terror case was filed against me. ”

The justice, he claimed, despite knowing that Gill was tortured in guardianship again handed over him to the police.

” The case against me has come an transnational story and it sounded that Pakistan is a banana democracy.”
His statement comes as a couple of US media outlets published stories and filmland of him opining on the terror case filed against him.

 

4 Cases against Imran Khan

“ Whoever is making these opinions or should suppose of the country, ” Imran Khan said, adding they’re trying to arrest the leader of the biggest party in this case.
“ They’re hysterical of the power of Tehreek-e-Insaf, there haven’t been similar big rallies in the history of Pakistan, ” he said.

Bail granted in terror case

Before, the PTI president was grantedpre-arrest bail by the ATC in a terrorism case filed against him for hanging elderly police officers and a judge in a public rally till September 1.

On August 21, a first information report( FIR) was registered against Imran Khan under theAnti-Terrorism Act for hanging an fresh sessions judge and elderly police officers of the Islamabad Police at a rally in the civil capital’s F- 9 Demesne on August 20.
The PTI president appeared in person before the court where ATC judge Raja Jawwad Abbas heard his plea.

nominating the terrorism case against Imran Khan “ political victimization ”, his counsels Babar Awan and Muhammad Ali Bukhari have filed a solicitation in the ATC seeking their customer’spre-arrest bail.

After hearing arguments, the ATC judge granted Imran Khan interim bail till September 1 against Rs100,000 surety bond. The court also issued notices to the police and the complainant in the case.
