Police raid PM’s aide Attaullah Tarar’s house in Lahore

What do you want to prove by sending police to a house where I lived 15 years ago? asks Tarar
Lahore: Punjab State Police raided the residence of Prime Minister Attaullah Thaler’s special adviser in Lahore on Saturday morning.
Lahore Police confirmed the raid and said Ataullah Talaa was not at his home.
In response to this development, PML-N leaders criticized Punjab’s Home Affairs Minister Hashim Doghah, urging him not to cross the line in defending an “anti-state narrative”.
“Hashim Dogar Sahib! You turned out to be a very suspicious person,” he added.

“What are you trying to prove by sending the police into the house I lived in 15 years ago?”
PTI leaders had previously announced that the Punjab government would launch an investigation into the “crackdown” on participants in his May 25 Azadi march. A committee was also formed by the party to oversee the matter.
‘Law awaiting you’
In a statement, Punjab Home Minister Hashim Dogar asked Attaullah Tarar to present himself before the police, adding that law is awaiting him.

The interior minister said the police went to Thaler’s house to lodge a complaint.
Doger warned that if Talah understood the power of the law, he should turn himself in to the Lahore police.
